Getting started Recovery specialists interested in UARA membership should display the "Membership Verfication Form" by clicking here or on the image at the right, printing out the displayed form from within their Web browser, completing it and faxing it to the UARA at (504) 324-2293.(Displaying the application in either the Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator browser requires installation of Adobe's Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click here for installation instructions.)
